I'm Ankur, a Senior Design Consultant at Deloitte in Bengaluru. For eight years I've worked on the parts of software most people never see: gas connection portals, field maintenance tools, payment dashboards, food-safety compliance.
The job is mostly listening, to customers, crews, regulators and engineers who each want the same product to do something different, and then drawing the version everyone can use.
